Beautiful vacation apartment in a villa with communal pool. The villa consists of two apartments and is located on the hills of Casteldaccia, a beautiful coastal town on the Tyrrhenian coast of Sicily. It is surrounded by greenery and is located about 300 meters above sea level in an ideal position for a quiet and relaxing vacation with the possibility to quickly reach some of the most interesting places in the area, such as the beautiful Cefalù (only 50 km from here). Also waiting for your visit are the archaeological site of Solunto or Bagheria with its splendid 18th century villas (both 6 km away) or the charming Palermo and Monreale (20 km). Guests have access to a large green area for exclusive use with a beautiful terrace with sofa, table, outdoor kitchen and barbecue and large swimming pool shared with the apartment.
