The apartment of 75m2 is in the beautiful seashore town of Platja d'Aro 1km from the beach and shops, 15min from PalamĂłs and 30min from Girona Airport. It is distributed on the ground floor with a large terrace and a private garden with outdoor tables and chairs, as well as a community pool for adults and another for children. The three bedrooms have a double bed, two single beds and a bunk bed with a single extra bed. There are two full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and a dishwasher, fans, winter heating, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the apartment, parking area and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment and pets are allowed at an additional cost. At the check in you will be asked for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation. Groups under 25 years are not allowed. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.

EscogĂ­ un apartamento con wifi para poder conectarme al trabajo, el WiFi perdĂ­a conexiĂłn continuamente y cuando funcionaba era tan lento que no era funcional. PrometĂ­a disponibilidad de aparcamiento pero tuve que aparcar casi todos los dias encima de la acera. Por lo demĂĄs es un apartamento correcto con salida directa a la piscina.

Stay in Platja d'Aro 03/2023

The communication with the agency in Barcelona and in Santa Cristina d'Aro was very good and fast. The facility and the view are great. Unfortunately, the apartment was not clean (dishes, stove and kitchen in general were dirty - oil stains, hair on the floor, pubic hair in the shower and toilet) and although the gentleman the agency sent took photos of it to clean again, these things were still there after the second cleaning. Except the pans, which we actually already washed ourselves, were washed again. When we arrived we wanted to heat the apartment because it was very cold. The fuse jumped out several times, because the radiators apparently would need too much electricity, so it was not enough when two people want to shower. This was very unfortunate when the agency had answered us that we should be responsible with the apartment after all. We certainly did, but we did not go on vacation only to freeze every day. Also the terrace could hardly be used, because the shutters could only be opened with great effort. Unfortunately, also no lawn as shown in the photos. In addition, the garden was also not clean - dog excrement from previous tenants.
