Villa #9 was big enough for a family of 5 and 2 grandparents. The villa was spacious and modern. Although you are in amongst other villas, when youâre outside it is very private with views into the forest. The complex isnât huge but a nice touch was the host being available on site in the spa reception any time. Jeanne was very friendly and helpful whenever we needed to ask a question. There is no signal in the area so the WIFI is definitely needed, it was fast enough to stream the likes of Disney+ and Netflix without a problem. A few things to note about our stay, there was a rather bad wasp problem around the pool for our entire stay, in general they caused us no bother but the kids were a little more disturbed by them. The air con in the downstairs bedroom was not pumping effectively. This was mentioned to the host who did get a repair team out but for the size of the room it still didnât feel adequate. We were told we would get a linen change half way through our stay but unfortunately that never happened, not really a problem but would have been nice to have as it was mentioned to us upon booking. The villa was generally very clean when we arrived however, if you have ever travelled with young children like ours, youâll be aware of how many toys/drink cups get thrown to the floor and roll, which did highlight some missed areas. Something which could easily be rectified would be to add hooks, although spacious there was nowhere to hang towels. The area is lovely though.
