Borgo Cerbaiola is a historical large working farm located in the peaceful countryside, surrounded by meadows. The residence consists of 18 apartments, seven of the ten stone buildings have been renovated and made into holiday flats and houses, along with the owner's house. The vacation rental is situated 2.5 km from the centre of Montecastelli, 13 km from the centre of Pomarance, and 45 km from the centre of Volterra. The estate is on top of a hill, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

The property covers 400 hectares of land, featuring a natural garden, meadow, and a shared swimming pool. The pool measures 18 x 6 meters and is available seasonally from 01.Jun. to 31.Sep. Guests can enjoy an outdoor shower and barbecue area, perfect for relaxing and dining al fresco. Towel changes are available for an additional fee. The vacation rental is located 1.5 km from the river and can be accessed via a 4 km long motor road. Parking is available on the premises.

The apartment also includes a room with a French bed (160 cm), making it an ideal choice for couples or small families. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, providing guests with all the necessary amenities to prepare meals.
