Gutes Haus, aber abgelegen. Wunderschön zwischen den Hügeln gelegen. Real ein authentisches altes Haus. Schöner Pool. Extrem leise. Großer Supermarkt in Castiglion Fiorentino ist NICHT innerhalb von 5 km, sondern 20 Autominuten entfernt. Ziemlich sauber, aber es gibt Raum für Verbesserungen. Das Wasser aus den Wasserhähnen hat gestunken, aber das riecht man in der ganzen Gegend und es könnte auch daran liegen, dass wir in einer Dürrezeit dort waren. Schöne Umgebung und schöne Orte in der Umgebung. Empfehlenswert sind Cortona (wo die amerikanische Schriftstellerin Frances Mayes – Unter der toskanischen Sonne) ein Haus hat und Arezzo, wo Szenen aus Filmen wie La Vita e Bella und The English Patient gedreht wurden. Der Empfang durch den Hausbesitzer war ausgezeichnet. WLAN war verfügbar. Handyempfang war minimal.
