Villa Luisella is a nice house recently restored in the beautiful countryside of Castiglion Fiorentino, in the center of the Valdichiana area. Thanks to the great position of the villa you will reach, within a short time, the many hamlets and important cities of Tuscany. Cortona, Arezzo, Trasimeno Lake and Montepulciano are less than 30 km away, Siena 45 minutes driving and the center of Firenze just one hour by rail. The villa is located within a beautiful vegetation setting beside the suggestive Castle of Montecchio and itself has been recently restored to a high standard, maintaining many traditional features and blessed with modern comforts in a thoroughly traditional and rustic setting. The terraced pool (10m x 5m) with a stunning views, the pergola and the barbecue are perfect for outdoor summer fun, relaxing and dining with sun all day long. Swimming pool is open from 15 May to 16 September.

Séjour appréciable, extérieur jolie, mais intérieur vétuste et pas très propre

Séjour appréciable, extérieur jolie, mais l'intérieur de la villa assez vétuste et pas très propre. On a du nettoyer toute la vaisselle, le filtre du lave vaisselle été complètement bouché et sale (mauvaise odeurs) et le frigo très petit pour 9 personnes et aussi assez sale à l'intérieur...dommage, car l'extérieur de la villa et la piscine, sont vraiment super! Avec quelques petites efforts de la part des propriétaires, la villa saurait beaucoup plus appréciable. A noter que avec les grosses chaleurs (35°c) nous avions à notre disposition seulement 3 ventilateurs pour 4 chambres, dont 1 ventilateur ne fonctionné pas. On a demandé le jour de notre arrivé de nous fournir 2 ventilateurs supplémentaires, mais malgré la promesse de nous les fournir, on les a pas reçu avant notre départ...c'est dommage... Dans l'ensemble, une note de 6/10.
