Historical mansion

Great property for a large group of friends. Large backyard- and great weather on the weekend for us to enjoy it. Beds very comfortable. Not great if you don't like stairs- but a good workout

Very charming house, great facilities.

This house had a lot of charm, the rooms were really beautiful. Most rooms were very spacious, some even had sitting areas. The house was very well equipped for the number of people it accommodated, there was nothing missing. The host provided excellent communication. We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very well located, right near the main street. The gardens were beautiful and had many seating options.

Our group of 14 friends stayed in the house for 2 nights. The house is large, stylish and well located in the Castlemaine town. Hosts are friendly and accommodating.

Campbell House

The property was excellent and very clean. Amenities were very good and comfortable beds and pillows. Heating in lounge was cosy and rooms had individual aircon units which were independently managed. Very well equipped kitchen and great a great position. Nice to have a backyard area to bbq and enjoy. I'd definitely go back for another visit.

Great stay in a lovely town

Campbell house is spread over three levels. Having two toddlers meant a bit of hand holding up and down stairs but that’s part of the adventure of this house. It’s been beautifully decorated and we loved our stay here. Kitchen/dining is upstairs, so a bit away from the main action but we got used to it. Backyard was fantastic for a kick of the footy with all the kids. Overall, enjoy a wonderful stay in a place that offers magnificent views and space to enjoy a great few days away in Castlemaine.

Wonderful weekend with everything we needed in walking distance.

Campbell House is fantastic option for a large group with all facilities excellent. Love indoors and outdoor eating and sitting areas. Highly recommend this accommodation and we will book it again.

Magnificence in Castlemaine

We were privileged to stay at Campbell House over a weekend. This is an iconic home, beautifully and tastefully furnished. Renovated with the retention of lovely period features, it offers space within a number of independent living zones. While preserving an atmosphere from a bygone era, Campbell House features all the necessary 21st century luxuries - large screen TVs, WiFi, stereos, reliable hot showers and cloud-like beds. This property provides the pinnacle in relaxation and will not disappoint even the most fastidious guest. A highly recommended stay!

FANTASTIC HOUSE WITH 8 BEDROOMS

we enjoyed our stay in this immaculate property. we were 8 women all of us had our own rooms with bathrooms and toilet on all levels, great kitchen with long table to set everyone. No complaints would highly recommend. Not suitable for people who cannot handle stairs
