On the suggestive Ionian coast close to the sea we find this recently completed exclusive and private lodge. The charming studio apartment enjoys a large plot of 1600 meters, internal parking and a splendid private jacuzzi offering unique moments and breathtaking views. The Cube enjoys a sensational sea view where the colors of the sea combine with the enchanting shades of a sky that changes during the day. The accommodation, of the latest workmanship, exclusive for its location and its comforts, has a hydromassage tub (NOT HEATED) overlooking the sea, convenient on days when you prefer to stay at home to enjoy the place. Furnished with taste and design, it features a sofa with an adjoining foldaway queen size bed more an armchair bed, kitchen with induction hob, and mini fridge and complete bathroom. There is Wi-Fi, satellite TV, washing machine and hairdryer.
A few steps away is the coast road which allows you to reach the center of Leuca in 2 minutes by car or the sandy beaches just 5 minutes by car. The first access to the sea is only 280 meters away: a difficult point with a low cliff but very fascinating for those who love swimming, snorkelling or going around in a canoe or SUP (there are several fascinating caves nearby including the most beautiful cave in the whole coast of Capo di Leuca: Cave of the 3 doors).
Two free bicycles are available for guests to explore the surrounding area and reach the beaches.
The Tatanka restaurant can be reached on foot. Several supermarkets can be reached within a few kilometers by car.

USEFUL NOTES
In case of animals presence, we point out that the property is not completely fenced. There is a small spot at the back of the house with a low wall bordering the adjacent countryside.
Barbecue is not available.
