The staff. The breakfast was amazing. The late lunch on Roof top restaurant has amazing view of Mt Etna. Walking distance to every thing. Very safe area.

Stayed one night. Great location, but very poor experience. Room service was unavailable — after calling multiple times, no delivery and no response for hours. Our loft room had mosquitoes, which made it impossible to sleep. Unacceptable for a hotel at this price point.

Loved this hotel. Staff was excellent. We rented a car, so the valet was great being able to pull up right in front of the hotel, drop the car off there, and they parked it for us and got it for us each day. Great location, walking distance to many of the Catania sites.

We had a wonderful stay at Palace Catania. The location on Via Etnea couldn’t be better, with everything in the city just a short walk away. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were consistently warm, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good & the staff was excellent. Awesome view of Mt. Etna from the rooftop & our room. A great choice for anyone visiting Catania.

Catania is a gritty city but the Palace Catania is a beautiful Oasis in a Sicilian rock and room urban environment. I strongly recommend this hotel for those who love comfort, convenience, wonderful staff, in a delicious urban setting.
