The fully air-conditioned villa features an entrance hall, a fully-equipped kitchen, a large living room with a sofa that converts into two single beds, 4 bedrooms including one with a desk and one with air conditioning, and a large bathroom with corner bath and shower. You'll also enjoy the private swimming pool and 1220 m² enclosed garden. Bed linen and towels provided. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- Living room with sofa (convertible into two beds), TV, dining area with dining table
- Separate, fully-equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, fridge, hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery, raclette machine and cutlery. The kitchen also features a second dining table for 4.
- Utility room with sink, washing machine and dryer
- Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed (160x200), private bathroom.
- Two bedrooms with two single beds, which can be joined to form two double beds.
- Bedroom 4: Double sofa bed and desk
- Bathroom with corner bath, shower, 2 basins, bidet and WC

Outside
- Private swimming pool, unheated and secure of 10 meters by 5 meters. The pool is accessible from May 1 to September 30. A solar shower is available by the pool.
- Large, enclosed, landscaped garden (1220 m²) with gas barbecue, plancha and children's swing.
- 2 terraces: one south-facing, covered and with dining area, garden furniture and TV; the other north-facing.
- Outdoor parking on the property

The villa is ideally located in the quiet, residential area of “La Colline des Fleurs”. You'll be just a few minutes' drive from the beaches and shops: bakery, greengrocer, cafés, restaurants, nightclubs, doctor... Porticcio can be reached in 10 minutes by car, and Ajaccio is 16 km away.
