Terrace with a view

Roomy, modern appartment in a bungalow on the premises of the owner's house with a view from the terrace on the lake Garda in the distance. Wonderful garden. We had everything we needed.

Ruhe und Entspannung in alter Villa mit wunderschönem Garten

Rosetta und ihre Tochter Elena sind ausgezeichnete Gastgeberinnen. Sie stehen einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, sind immer hilfsbereit wenn man sie braucht. Sehr, sehr empfehlendwert, wenn man abseits des Trubels den Urlaub geniessen will.

Villa mit traumhaftem Ausblick- großartig!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Hauptsaison im August am Gardasee war dank der Villa Rossa richtig entspannend. Trotz dem Trubel in den sehr nahe gelegenen Haupttouristenorten Bardolino und Lazise haben wir uns prächtig erholt. Die Villa Rossa verfügt über einen wunderschön gepflegten Garten, den man mitbenutzen kann. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön her- und eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieter waren unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse ist spektakulär. Der kleine Ort sehr nahe am Gardasee vermittelt einem das Gefühl mitten unter den Einheimischen zu leben. Absolut zu empfehlen! Grüße Sina und Adrian

Propre et accueillant. La propriétaire habite dans la maison ce qui n'est pas précisé sur l'annonce. Il y a 2 appartements, 1 dans la maison principale avec la propriétaire et un autre indépendant. Les photos ne précisent pas l'appartement concerné. Très beau jardin commun. Nous avions l'appartement situé dans la maison principale avec la terrasse et vue magnifique sur le Lac de garde. Attention : très proche d'une voie rapide et d'une autoroute, donc bruyant sur la terrasse en été. Propriétaire discrète et attentionnée malgré le fait qu'elle parle très peu le français et pas du tout anglais.

Balkon/Aussicht ein Traum

Wir haben eine gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung vorgefunden und ein Balkon mit Aussicht, zum Träumen. Unsere Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und diskret. Absolut ruhig gelegen in einem alten Oliven Garten, welcher im Sommer guten Schutz gegen die Sonne bietet. Das Auto stand gut gesichert innerhalb des Gartens, sehr gut ! Hilfreich wäre in den Angaben zu Ausstattung der Wohnung der Hinweis ob Reinigungsmittel vorhanden sind oder nicht.

Perfekter Urlaub im August 2018

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und hat eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit einem großartigen Blick auf die Umgebung und den Gardasee. Tagsüber allerdings wäre bei grosser Hitze ein Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse hilfreich. In dem dazugehörigen großzügigen Garten (Park) mit viel Schatten lässt es sich hervorragend verweilen. Eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. -Bäcker wenige Meter entfernt mit traditionellen Köstlichkeiten -Parkplatz direkt im Grundstück -genug Geschirr und eigentlich alles, was man in der Küche braucht Gerne kommen wir wieder ! Übernachtet am August 2018

Etwas abseits vom Trubel am Gardasee haben wir die Tage dort sehr genossen. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Würde ich wieder buchen.

Grandioser Blick auf Ebene und See

Wir (2 Erwachsene) verbrachten eine herrliche Woche in dieser schönen Wohnung, bei der vor allem die tolle Aussicht von der geräumigen Terrasse sowie der große Garten bestechen. Die Lage ist ruhig, der Gardasee aber trotzdem nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Die Gastgeber, die im selben Haus wohnen, sind sehr sehr nett und haben uns viele gute Tipps gegeben. Der Hausherr spricht sehr gut deutsch. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen !

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit bestem Ausblick

Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt. Die Gastgeber wohnen direkt nebenan und sind sehr nett. Man kann sie nach Ausflugszielen befragen etc. Cavaion ist eine kleine Ortschaft und bietet Restaurants, Cafés, Bäckereien etc. Es war nicht so touristisch wie z.B. Bardolino, welches in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar war. Aufgrund dieser Tatsache konnte man mehr das einheimische kennen lernen, was uns besonders gut gefiel.

Wunderbar!

Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub - hierfür ein großes Dank an unsere Gastgeber! Die Wohnungen sind modern und großzügig eingerichtet, das Haus selbst jedoch auch ein Blickfang! Balkon und Garten sind gepflegt und laden zum Sonnen ein. Die Gastgeber waren überaus gastfreundlich, luden zu Fisch und Wein ein, erzählten wo es was zu entdecken gab und halfen überhaupt bei jedem Bedürfnis großzügig und schnell aus. Der Gastgeber spricht übrigens Deutsch, seine Tochter sehr gutes Englisch. Wir würden sofort wieder hinfahren - Danke für den schönen Urlaub!

Heerlijk appartement met een geweldig uitzicht!

Heerlijk appartement op de eerste verdieping van een grote, ruime villa in het dorpje Cavaion Varonese. Appartement bestaat uit een ruime woonkamer met eenvoudige maar volledige keuken, fijne douche en grote slaapkamer. Het balkon geeft een prachtig uitzicht op het dorpje Cavaion en het Gardameer. Het appartement is rustig gelegen, balkon en aangrenzende tuin worden met de bewoners gedeeld. Dorpjes als Bardolino en Lazise zijn in slechts 10 tot 15 minuten (met auto) te bezoeken.

Ein sehr gelungener Urlaub

Eine sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung in einem wirklich tollen Haus, sehr nette Vermieter und ein toller Blick vom Balkon auf den Gardasee. Die Juni-Hitze am Gardasee ist zwar auch in Cavaion Veronese spürbar, allerdings nicht so intensiv wie am See direkt, es weht häufig eine leichte Brise, die kühlt. Wenn die mal ausbleibt, kann man sich in den Schatten des großen und schön angelegten Gartens zurückziehen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es sowohl im Ort als auch im nahe gelegenem Affi. Ein sehr gutes Restaurant mit typischer lokaler Küche ist nur ca. 300 m entfernt, so dass man nicht immer aufs Auto angewiesen ist, wenn man abends schön Essen gehen will. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub am Gardasee - wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder!

Wir haben 10 wunderschöne und erholsame Tage in einem sehr schönen und gepflegten Apartment (alles wie beschrieben / auf den Fotos!) in der schönen Villa Rossa bei den sehr netten Gastgebern Antonio und Rosa verbracht, die in dem Apartment nebenan im gleichen Stock wohnen. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt und gleich für das nächste Jahr wieder gebucht! Rund um die Villa ist ein großer Garten, in dem man u.a. grillen oder sich aufhalten / essen kann. Parken kann man ebenfalls auf dem Gelände. Von der Veranda direkt vor dem Apartment hat man einen grandiosen Blick auf den Gardasee, den wir jeden Morgen & Abend sehr genossen haben. Der Ort Cavaion Veronese ist sehr ruhig, schön italienisch / wenig touristisch, mit kleinem Bäckerladen ein paar 100m weiter, kleinen engen Gassen und einer sehr netten und leckeren Pizzeria, die man in 10-15 Minuten gut zu Fuß (oder 5 Minuten mit dem Auto) erreichen kann. In Bardolino und Garda ist man mit dem Auto in gut 10 Minuten, ebenfalls auf der Autobahn oder im Affi-Shopping-Center mit Supermarkt etc.. Mehrere Golfplätze sind in 15-45 Minuten sehr gut erreichbar. Antonio spricht sehr gut deutsch und hilft bei allen Fragen sehr gerne weiter! Buchung, Kommunikation und Anreise haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Ganz lieben Dank nochmals an Antonio und Rosa für den sehr netten Kontakt und Aufenthalt in der Villa Rossa und wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Jahr! Liebe Grüße aus Frankfurt, Lars & Astrid

Villa panoramique sur le Lac de Garde

Nous avons passé trois excellents jours dans cette superbe villa avec une vue magnifique sur Cavaion et le lac de Garde. On aperçoit même Vérone au loin. Il y a un très grand jardin où il est possible de se reposer ou de manger, l'endroit est très calme. Nous avons été parfaitement accueillis par la famille qui vit ici une partie de l'année : disponibles et aimables. L'appartement où nous résidions était bien pour trois personnes, joli intérieur (plafond, parquet, salle de bain, télé 4K). Pas de climatisation mais les nuits fraiches permettent de rafraichir la maison. Facile de garer sa voiture, attention simplement aux rues étroites des alentours ! Nous conseillons vivement cette résidence. A presto ;)

Wir waren 5 Nächte in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung, welche sehr sauber und aufgeräumt ist😄 Dazu kommt der herrliche Blick auf den Gardasee von der riesigen Sonnenterrasse☀️☀️ Wir würden jedem diese Wohnung empfehlen, da alles wie oben schon beschrieben in bester Ordnung ist und die Vermieter einfach super sind👍🏻 Außerdem sind die Wege für Einkäufe jeglicher Art sehr nah was ebenfalls sehr zu hervorheben ist👍🏻 Zudem kann man sein Fahrzeug sicher in der Unterkunft parken, da diese mit großem Tor gesichert ist🗝🔒 Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen😄 Marco & Friederike

Bardolino et la Villa Rossa sont idéalement situés pour visiter et s'imprégner de l'ambiance sur cette partie Est du Lac, avec en prime, l'accueil, la disponibilité, la gentillesse de nos hôtes ! Sans oublier le lieu d'habitation, la maison, l'appartement, la vue, le jardin...Les photos sont belles, mais la réalité encore supérieure !
