Not like the pictures

The property was very clean but basic. Minimal furniture. Very little to sit on in living room. Rooms are quite large so don’t expect the a/c in the master bedroom to cool off the whole unit. Was fairly hot for sleeping in the other rooms. The patio on the rooftop was empty. No chairs or anything to use to enjoy the view which is the only place you can see the ocean from. TV only works if you have your own account to use for Netflix etc. Overall it was ok for a couple nights but wouldn’t want to spend longer there.

Two things1) master bath toilet would continue to run if you did not purposefully pull up the handle. Forgot one evening to do that and manager turned cold water off to bathrooms until about 8:30 the following morning. Fix the toilet. 2). They have a 5 gallon water jug in kitchen. When we got there it was half empty. When we ran out we asked manager for a replacement and he said we had to go to the the store and buy our own. When we left it was nearly full. We also had to replace our on TP and paper towelsManagers were great just bad practices.

Great Home Base

Stayed for three nights and it was a wonderful home base for my family. Hosts were always responsive and helpful and the property was as described. Simple and suited us well!

Adequate but needs some improvements

Room had what we needed but the toilets/plumbing needs to be fixed. Would be nice if all the windows had screens so we could open the window shutters. The caretaker on site was wonderful but unfortunately they had to keep dealing with the toilets even though we were keeping the handle up as instructed.

Group vacation

The location is great-right in between Sunset Beach and the main road of Caye Caulker. Getting there was easy and close to the ferry dock. The place is older but in good condition and the property managers were friendly, helpful, and attentive. They picked and opened different coconuts from the coconut trees on the property for our kids to see and taste the difference in them. Only one room had air conditioning, the other two rooms only had fans which made for hot nights. We left the windows open in the smaller bedrooms but at night it was a little noisy outside.

Hot

The only issue was the air conditioning. A little misrepresented on the listing. There was air in the master bedroom but nowhere else. The spare room where my son slept was very hot as were the living area and kitchen.
