The front desk clerk was extremely rude to my girlfriend when we were checking in. Running her thru the wringer on which type of gov't ID she would accept. We've never experienced this type of unprofessional behaviour at any of the other hotels & resorts in Philippines that we've visited.

My fiancé and I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Cebu City and we really enjoyed it! The room was clean and comfy with a nice view. The pool was a great spot to chill, and the gym had everything we needed. The Staff were super friendly, and the location made it easy to get around. Would definitely stay again!

There are many hotels in Cebu that claim to be four star plus and fall very short..but this Holiday Inn is better than most I've ever stayed in the US and I'm from Miami, Florida. I stayed almost a month. I would highly recommend this hotel and paying the small daily rate difference to make this your business trip home-based.

This was my first time staying at this property, and everything was great with the exception of my last nights stay at the hotel. I have already addressed this issue with the hotel front desk manager who has resolved the issue in a very professional manner. She is definitely in the correct role for the hotel. I’d also like to give a special acknowledgment to Jonna, who was the person who cleaned my room for the majority of my 15 nights stay. She was very, very nice, and pleasurable person, and consistently displayed an exceptional level of guest service all the time. I will probably stay at this hotel in the future and I hopeful that the issue with my final scheduled nights stay at the hotel will not ever occur the next time I’m there.
