The front desk clerk was extremely rude to my girlfriend when we were checking in. Running her thru the wringer on which type of gov't ID she would accept. We've never experienced this type of unprofessional behaviour at any of the other hotels & resorts in Philippines that we've visited.

Can't say anything but great things about this hotel. This is my go to hotel in cebu city, probably stayed there 6-8 times now since 2021. Would definitely recommend it to anytine visiting city. Good location, wonderful facilities, awesome staff, great restaurant! Breakfast Buffet is delicious!!!!

Holiday Inn Cebu was conveniently located and provided free parking. The room we stayed in was clean the bed was comfortable and AC was adequate. Staff were helpful. Tip: join their membership club and get discounts on food.

Showing dated compared to 2 years I was here. Been staying in this hotel every time we travel to Cebu but no upgrade offered compared when we were in Taiwan. Bath towels are old but staff are helpful and convenient to Ayala mall. Breakfast is okay!
