Amazing customer service and beautiful property. The location was very convenient. However, when I arrived to my room some amenities were missing/not stocked and the safety box was not working. Also, we put the no cleaning sign on the door but noticed someone still came into the room to clean the bathroom and take out the trash.

Very satisfying stay. Will return.

Room was clean and tidy plus awesome view of the port. staff was polite and helpful, really made me feel that they were here to help. Only downside was the bug bites from the bed. Unfortunate but can't blame the staff as that's how hotel beds go. Only noticed the bite marks towards the end of the stay. Regardless, I will still choose Radisson on my next trip back.

Nice a really nice 5 star type hotel. I highly recommend get access to business lounge with your booking too. Staff and every was excellent. Didn’t go to pool but looked nice through window
