Seda brand hotels are always reliable in terms of service and quality of accommodations. I think though that the buffet breakfast selection can be improved. But overall, it was a good stay.

The hotel is super convenient to everything. Dining and shopping is at your door steps. The bus terminal is across the street where you can take the shuttle to Tops observation for 100pesos for RT transfers and entrance fee. The room is large and the breakfast was amazing!! The staff are super friendly and helpful. I will defiantly stay here again next time I am in Cebu city.

This place is in the middle of business capital spot in the city. Busy streets but very safe. A lot of 24hr stores around. Just good vibes waiting, private entrance to the mall and lots of restaurants close by. Breakfast buffet is AAA+, wish they have all inclusive style of booking like the one they would have in South America.

I recently stayed at Seda Central Bloc Cebu for three days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is well-maintained, clean, and offers excellent service. Breakfast is served daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM, featuring a diverse selection that caters to guests of all nationalities. Both the room and restaurant services were exceptional, as was the front desk staff. In particular, Kayla at the front desk stood out for her friendliness and professionalism. Regardless of the time of day, she was always accommodating and welcoming, even after what must have been a long shift. Her colleagues were equally helpful and attentive. I have no doubt that I will be staying here again on my next visit. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable!
