The Expedia website clearly states the room has a refrigerator, a microwave and coffee maker. It has none of these. Not even a paper cup to brush my teeth, Very disappointed.

The staff was courteous and helpful. The floors were slimy I’m assuming by the cleaner that had been used. The shower floor was cracked and sharp. The shower surrounding was in need of a deep cleaning. The window covering were coming apart from the hardware which made it impossible to fully close the curtains

This was a halfway point stop on my way to Denver for the big Sparkler Softball tournament. It was easy to get to off 15 and convenient to multiple fuel and food options. The property is newer and in pretty good shape. The only real problem was how thin the walls and ceilings seemed. This is the main reason for a 4 star review instead of a 5.

We love staying at this hotel but was very disappointed with this stay. There was an odd metallic smell throughout the room and elevator. Hot tub felt more like an ice bath in the middle of an Alaskan winter.

Always great here. Perfect location for nearby trails, freeway and dining. Hot breakfast delicious and the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. My room had one of the net curtains missing, the sink was slow to drain and the toilet didn’t flush that well. Just very minor issues and I didn’t bother reporting them. They didn’t detract in any way from another excellent stay in this property.

The property needs some TLC. Had to have the TV remote fixed. Only 1 luggage cart that never appeared. Wallpaper coming off. 1 elevator broken. Bed was comfortable and clean. It was just a mediocre hotel in need of repair. Kinda unusual for this brand. I wont be staying again.
