You will have the entire House to yourself and we offer self check-in any time after 4 pm. Early check-in may be available if no one is staying the night before for an additional $50. We will let you know the evening before your arrival if early check-in is available.
This unit is on the first floor. There is no elevator. There are 4 exterior stairs into the property.

-You must climb stairs at this property
-There is on site parking for One Car.
-Pets are welcome. However, there is a one time fee of $150 per stay for cleaning. This will be charged thru the resolution center prior to your arrival. Failure to comply will result in access not permitted to the property.

You`ll have access to the entire apartment with entry to the building and the condo controlled by keypad locks.

I`m reachable on the Airbnb system 24/7 .

In the event of snow fall, all locations are equipped with a snow shovel and white bucket with salt for the ground. It is the responsibility of each guest to utilize these and mitigate the snow on paths and driveways during their stay. On our larger properties and apartment buildings, this may not be applicable as commercial snow removal processes are in place. Thank you!
