MAIN LEVEL:
INDOOR LIVING: Stairwell to upstairs bedroom and patio, 50” Smart Roku TV, 1 sleeper sofas, 1 love seat, outside access to patio/deck, blackout curtains.

KITCHEN: Fully Stocked kitchen with dishware, flatware, pots, pans, bakeware, glassware, cooking utensils, Drip coffee maker, Coffee bean grinder, rice cooker, electric kettle, blender, and toaster. Dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, glass top range, microwave, ceiling fan, raised island/stools. Also provided: dishtowels/wash cloths, starter supply of paper towels, coffee, sugar, creamer, tea, salt/pepper, oil, spices and dishwasher pods.

BEDROOM 1: Queen Bed, 2 night stands, closet, Wifi Router

BATHROOM 1: Full bathroom (tub/shower), Closet with linens and basic toiletries.

OUTDOOR PATIO: 2 sitting chairs and table

UPPER LEVEL:

PARKING: Long steep gravel drive in new subdivision, driveway way loops in front of house, with parking with additional parking for up to 4 vehicles.

Things to note: House is located in a residential area. We ask that you be considerate of the local residents: quiet hours from 9:30pm-8:00am. No pets or smoking. Please do not climb on deck cable railing. Please treat our house as if it were your own. Starter supply of toilet tissue, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and laundry pods are also provided. We provide linens & towels, extra blankets and pillows in closets.

Self-check-in is available via an electronic keypad lock. A door code will be provided at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Wildlife and Bugs: As the house is nestled close to the lake/woods, encountering wildlife and bugs is possible. We have monthly pest control services, but it's advisable to keep windows and doors closed. Brooms and a vacuum are provided for your convenience, as well as a small vacuum just for ladybugs. You may come across squirrels, raccoons, bears, turkeys, snakes, deer and other wild animals during your visit. Please exercise caution.

Grill: Please note that the gas grill is located outside, making it infeasible to clean it between every guest. Depending on how the previous guest left it, you may need to clean it before use.
