You will feel the instant comfort and just feel at awe as your eyes look out, catch upon the expansive views of the sparkling lake, just beyond the lush landscape. Drop your bags, step outside and take in the full view of the lake, then settle in with a drink and listen to the loons while someone starts dinner on the grill. After dinner, sit around the crackling fire pit, cook some s’mores, listen to your favorite music, lots of laughter of family and friends echo across the lake or relax on the couch and watch a movie, or head to the game room and play board games, a competitive game of shuffleboard, pool game, bumper pool, foosball or the many variety of games in the arcade console. Depending on the time of year, Summertime- Swim, fish or walk down to the lake and go out for an adventure with one of many of our free recreational toys to enjoy. Want to waterski, jet- ski or go boating? There are many rental companies close by to use them on nearby Lake Winnipesaukee or Alton Bay 7 miles away.
Autumn- leaf peeper? Plenty of hiking trails close by
Winter time- when the lake is iced over and safe, ice skate, snow shoe, ice fishing. Want to go motorized? Take your ATV, snow mobile etc. on Lake Winnipesaukee for a spin. Gunstock is close by for sledding, skiing and tubing.

You also have accessibility to 8 beaches (3 at Halfmoon Lake and 5 Locke Lake), tennis and basketball court, playground, pavilion with picnic tables and charcoal bbq.
