Absolutely run from this place! Our shoes stuck to the tile floor in our room. The smell of chemicals and smoke was overwhelming. Even after leaving we could not get the taste out of our throats!

I went to check into my hotel to find out that the hotel now rents “long term rentals” while checking into my room, I witnessed 2 people who were making me feel extremely uncomfortable . When the agent gave me keys to my room, I again saw the 2 individuals walking the hallways. My room smelled terrible, there was another individual outside my window who seemed to be acting very strange. I felt extremely unsafe and asked for a full refund. Unfortunately, they were not willing to give me a full refund!

We paid 100 plus a 50 deposit and the TV didn't work along with the heater nor the shower! I'd never stay there again

We were given a room on I-5 side of property and it was near impossible to sleep. We asked and were given room on quiet side. We actually slept okay. At check in, staff charged credit card twice for incidentals and room charge despite us paying Expedia!! I spoke a second time at check out ; hotel needs WORK

Good for a last minute one night stay. You get what you paid for. Cheap stay means no high end breakfast or everyday room service but it’s quiet, close to everything and the breakfast is more grab and go then sit and dine also, don’t expect vending machines either. luckily there’s a gas station in walking distant for late night snacks or drinks.

Complimentary Breakfast 6 - 10 am. Reasonable price. Ample parking. TV, microwave, fridge, iron provided. Bright lighting. Older toilet is quite low. Shower clean and nice hot water.

Rude Manager

Rude manager, after acknowledging that I could have a late check out at noon, the manager still took it upon himself to come by the room at 11am to check and see what time I was leaving, knowing full well thatI wasn't checking out until noon. So after reassuring him that I was checking out at noon, he said that if I wasn't there would be an additional charge. The man was very unprofessional and should not be in the hospitality business what so ever, especially a management position

Decent and centrally located.

Chose Cozy Inn due to its proximity to the Sports Hub. Well situated to a variety of services, too. Electric vehicle charging station was across the street at Wendy's which was also convenient. Though pet friendly, there were no pet amenities.
