The detached holiday home, built in 1600 and renovated in 2008, is functionally furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property into the valley and its quiet and sunny location on the edge of the forest. This holiday property is a family-friendly, historic and romantic accommodation. Available for use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, children's playground, barbecue facilities, garden furniture, porch swing and courtyard.

Ceppo Morelli, district LocalitĂ Fontane, 800 m a.s.l. The holiday home is located on a 150 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a hedge. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally but uses a separate entrance. Apartment in a typical mountain house of 80 square metres, detached with garden, characteristic of the area, renovated while preserving the original period character, creating functional and cosy spaces, equipped with all necessary amenities. Space set up as a relaxation area, dining area with table, chairs and rocking chair. at the foot of Monte Rosa with every comfort, an ideal location to reach all the attractions and places that the Anzasca valley offers, including chairlifts and gondolas to reach the ski slopes. directly in front of the house there are numerous trails for those who love the mountains or pleasant walks or bike rides in the woods. Gold prospecting area with the possibility of guided tours in the gold mines, which have become tourist attractions, the possibility to visit ancient villages that are still preserved in their original state. Possibility of excursions to the numerous lakes such as the Lago delle Fate, 10 minutes away, Lago Antrona, Lago dei Cavalli in the Antrona Valley, Lake Maggiore or Lake Orta with its characteristic village, excursions to nearby Switzerland via the Moro Pass, which can be reached by cable car.
