The apartment, located on the ground floor, is part of the farmhouse, located on a beautiful hill overlooking vineyards and the town of San Miniato. The farmhouse is made up of 12 apartments in total, each with bedrooms with linen, private bathroom with welcome towels and silks, kitchen with various utensils, living room with sofa, wi-fi. Guests can relax in the large garden in front, with tables and chairs, or enjoy a glass of good wine produced by the owners on the panoramic terrace. In the garden there is a shared barbecue for guests. A few steps from the apartments there is the panoramic salt water swimming pool, with sunbeds and umbrellas. In high season 2/3 typical Tuscan dinners are served. In the restaurant room it is possible to have an Italian breakfast on request with homemade desserts, yogurt, bread, seasonal fruit, orange juice, coffee, cappuccino, etc.... Between 2 and 5km there are shops, supermarkets and restaurants. From here you can visit the main art towns of Tuscany, such as Vinci, Florence, Pisa, Volterra, Siena, San Gimignano, Lucca, Pistoia, Montecatini, Viareggio....
The farmhouse happily welcomes (with a small surcharge) pets.

This is a beautiful villa with everything you need. The pool was a lovely addition and the Tuscan dinner provided by the host was truly a highlight.

Ferienwohnung ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich.Man kann Frühstück für 8 pro Person dazu buchen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde einmal ein toskanisches Abendessen angeboten. Es war preislich für das Gebotene günstig.Man kann Wein, Olivenöl, Grappa, Gebäck, Honig und Marmelade kaufen. (Öl, Wein und Grappa aus eigener Herstellung)Für unseren Geschmack war die Küche etwas spärlich ausgestattet (wir kochen im Urlaub öfters mal) - wer das aber eher selten tut oder sich nur ein Frühstück machen will, dafür reicht's auf jeden Fall.Und man sollte sich (zumindest im September) auf jeden Fall auf Mücken einstellen. Die gibt's hier in der Toskana reichlich und unsere Ferienwohnung hatte keinen Mückenschutz an Fenster/Türen.Die Lage ist für Besucher in Florenz/Pisa/Lucca perfekt.Schöner Ausblick von der Anlage.Pool mit Salzwasser, nicht riesig - aber ausreichend und sauber. Menschen mit längerem Haar benötigen eine Badekappe.
