It has a pleasant sitting area opening onto a fully equipped kitchen with four gas rings, electric oven, filter coffee maker, dishwasher and electric kettle. The accommodation comprises two bedrooms, separated by the WC and fitted with wardrobes, each accommodating a double bed (160x190) and two single beds (90*200), with the option of adding a cot on request. Two bathrooms with walk-in showers complete this functional, welcoming interior, where air conditioning ensures optimum comfort.
Outside, the house is surrounded by a private garden overlooking pine trees and a field of grapefruits, with a lovely terrace equipped with an awning, an outdoor table, sun loungers and a barbecue for relaxing in the open air.
