Beautiful hotel and rooms in a beautiful location! Staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable, quite attentive; but language was a barrier at times (understable in a foreign country). Breakfast was fantastic. Spa was disappointing. Our first bedroom had power and cooling system issues, and we insisted on moving when issues were not fixed; however, we were not compensated for the inconvenience. Very walkable area with many good restaurant choices. I recommend this hotel for travelers.

Hands down, one of my favorite hotels. From the moment we arrived, every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. We ordered room service and enjoyed some of the best pasta we’ve had during our travels. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. Even the soaps and lotions were exceptional—they smelled amazing and added a luxurious touch to the experience. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every single person we encountered was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. It’s rare to find a property where every interaction leaves such a positive impression. The breakfast was spectacular, with a fantastic selection and high-quality offerings, and the pool was the perfect place to relax and unwind. This hotel gets everything right. Das Personal an der Receptioni ist unfreundlich und gar nicht hilsbereit. Im Zimmer hat es keine Kaffeemaschine und keinen Wasserkocher. Für ein 5sterne Hotel wäre das ein absoluter Muss.

Non sono solito andare in strutture a 5 stelle, devo dire che ho trovato tutto ottimo. Camera confortevole e letto di alta qualità dove ho riposato perfettamente, accoglienza e disponibilità del personale di altissimo livello, peraltro un piccolo problema in camera risolto in modo rapido e professionale. Buffet della colazione davvero ricco e goloso con ottima scelta.

Digne d’un Palace!

Séjour dans un hôtel digne d’un cinq étoiles. Tout est parfait. Je regrette juste qu’à ce niveau là de service, on facture 25€ la place de parking. Il vaut mieux l’intégrer dans le prix directement, et proposer de facto la place. Quand on paie 450€ la nuit, on peut s’attendre la place comprise. D’autres hotel 3 étoiles à proximité la propose directement. Mais vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, c’est un vrai palace!
