Assolutamente sconsigliato!!!!!!

Abbiamo prenotato e pagato una matrimoniale più lettino bimbo un mese prima e al giorno del chek in mi sono trovata unA camera con due letti separati e basta.sciendo nella hall e dico che FORSE c é stato un errore nella consegna delle chiavi e loro mi dicono che la camera è quella e il lettino nn c'è l hanno!!!!!!!! L ascensore è 80x80 cm quindi il passeggino nn ci sta e devi lasciarlo nella hall (e se sei sa col bimbo e hai delle borse ti arrangi!!) La Tv nn va e lo sciacquone del bagno nemmeno!!segnalata la cosa ma mai venuto nessuno anche solo per controllare!! Il meglio il mattino dopo .scendiamo a fare colazione alle nove e NN c è ASsOLUTAMENTe NiENTe!!!buffett vuoto!!alle 9!!! NO COMMENT!!! Personale troppo giovane e inesperto !!e alle 11.30 erano tutti fuori a giocare a bigliardino sotto le camere con i bimbi a letto!!! Inclassificabile davvero!!! E io viaggio molto!!!

nie wieder

normalerweise hinterlasse ich keine schlechten Kritik, aber dieses mal muß ich es einfach mal tun. gebucht hatte ich ein Doppelzimmer für 2 erwachsene + 1 Kleinkind. im zimmer waren zwei kleine einzelbetten und kein Kinderbett. nachdem wir uns an der Rezeption beschwerten haben wir nur zu hören bekommen - das ist ihr zimmer und ein Kinderbett haben wir nicht. ganz toll..... im Badezimmer tropfte der Wasserhahn und die klospülling ging nicht. niemand ist gekommen und hat einmal nachgeschaut nachdem wir auch dieses an der Rezeption gesagt haben. die staff im Hotel ist sehr jung, würde sagen im durchschnitt 20-35 jahre alt nicht mehr. in der nacht wo normalerweise die kinder schon schalfen sollten spielt die staff des Hotel laut schreiend tischfussball.... also alles im alles ein Horror. zum glück haben wir nur eine nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht. ach noch was - frühstück - bloß nicht. als wir gegen 9,00 Uhr frühstücken wollten war nix mehr zum essen da. kaffe, capuccino sowas von schlecht aus der maschiene.....
