LUXURY RESIDENCE IN CHALONG, PHUKET

Welcome to Chalong Palm Residence! This stunning residence is one of very few with breakfast, electricity and maid’s services all included in the very fair rates. It has quickly become a very popular choice among groups of travelers.

Located in a quiet street close to the Big Buddha of Phuket and 1,5 km from the sea, the property is strategically located in a peaceful area, but also close to premium shopping and local goods.

Chalong Palm Residence has quickly become very popular on various booking-platforms, probably due to the combination of lots of space both indoors and outdoors together with great facilities and very reasonable rates. With a total land plot area of more than 2000 sq. m. (21.500 sq. feet), you will have more than enough space. Privacy is guaranteed for your group, as a big wall is surrounding the entire property.

The atrium with the 9x5m swimming pool is a natural center during daytime and evenings. The pool area includes sunbeds (towels included) and a nice music system. It’s the perfect place to relax with your family and friends. The pool area also has a big fridge with soft drinks, beers etc. where you can grab what you want for a very reasonable fee. Snacks and even a dedicated freezer filled with lots of different ice-creams are also available! (Your kids will be sooo happy). Of course, you can also buy your own supplies and bring to the villa.

The villa has 8 bedrooms with beds for up 19 people, but a few more beds can be installed if necessary. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned and almost everyone has their own en-suite bathroom. The bedrooms come in various sizes, from standard double to family-sized with beds for four people:

Room 1:Kingsize bed + bathroom + separate room with bunk bed. Max 4 people
Room 2:Kingsize bed + bathroom. 2+ people.
Room 3:Kingsize bed + bathroom + separate room with wide bunk bed. 4+ people
Room 4A:Kingsize bed. Max 2 people.
Room 4B:Kingsize bed. 2+ people
Room 4A & 4B are connected. The 2 rooms share a bathroom. The rooms also share a separate toilet room, so a total of two toilets.
Room 5:Kingsize bed + bathroom. 2+ people.
Room 6:Single bed, max 1 people
Room 7:Queen size bed, max 2 people.
Room 6 & 7 share bathroom.

You will also get your very own bar! (The Wild East Saloon) Here you can enjoy a pool table, dart, a fancy music-system, a karaoke-system, TV etc. The staff can make you almost any drink you want.

There is also a big living room with its own TV-section where you can enjoy our Premium Netflix account on the 65" TV, or choose among a lot of games on the XBox. If you need ordinary TV, we offer several hundred channels from various different countries all around the world, including most sports channels.

There is also a foosball table where epic battles can be fought with your friends or family. If you enjoy reading, we also have a selection of books for you.

If you for some reason want to eat indoors (most of our guests prefers eating outside next to the pool), we have a beautiful dining room. Our cook can prepare lunch and dinner for you for a small fee. We have a lunch menu with various dishes ranging from eighty to two hundred fifty baht. If you want us to arrange dinner, prices will vary accordingly to what's being served. A clear favorite among our guests is a Thai buffet with 4-5 dishes. This will normally cost you just 350-450 baht/person. Another popular option is BBQ. However, if you prefer to cook some of your dinner yourself, our staff will of course assist you in cleaning up afterwards.

These days internet is important, so no worries - we have a very fast fiber-connection and good wifi-coverage. If you need to use a computer, please feel free to use one we have available just for you.

Each morning we will serve you delicious breakfast at the time you decide is convenient for you. The breakfast is included in the rate, as well as drinking water, coffee and tea (24/7) - even the electricity!

The maid will clean the villa every day. The driver/technician/handyman will keep the pool clean, the garden beautiful and the villa fully functional at all times. The cook will make you fat :-)

We can arrange transfer from the airport. The rate for a minivan (max. 10 pax) is approx. 35 USD (1200 baht). We can also arrange transportation to everywhere in Phuket you might wish to go. Furthermore, we can organize tours to popular destination as Phi Phi island, James Bond Island, Racha Island, Coral Island, night markets, Phuket Fantasea, give you restaurants recommendations etc.
