Perfect for a mountain break with family or friends, you'll particularly appreciate its beautiful garden with a sublime view of the entire Mont Blanc range.
Quiet but only 5/10 minutes by car from Chamonix town center, you'll also love its proximity to Lac des Gaillands, just 5-10 minutes away on foot.
The house is on 3 floors with access to the ground floor or 1st floor. The accommodation comprises:
1st floor:
The living space with a functional, fully-equipped kitchen with dining area and a comfortable lounge.
Also available: raclette, fondue and pierrade.
Beware to access the ground floor from the 1st floor there is a rather steep spiral staircase.
2nd floor:
1 double bedroom with 140cm bed and Mont Blanc view balcony and storage space
1 bedroom with double bed (140cm) and balcony with view
1 bedroom with twin beds
1 Italian-style shower room with toilet and washbasin
Ground floor (direct access from garden):
1 bedroom with bunk beds
1 room with sofa bed and chest of drawers
1 laundry room with washing machine
