Quiet cottage in a village with all shops (supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, restaurant, garden centre, doctor...). You are 14 km from Nancy (Place Stanislas, numerous museums), 20 km from Saint Nicolas de Port (basilica, brewery museum, etc.) and 25 km from Lunéville and its castle. The Parc de Sainte Croix is 45 minutes away. Independent gite adjoining the owners' living quarters. Independent entrance. Ground floor: living room with open kitchen, separate WC. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 3 single beds), bathroom (bath + shower) with WC. Electric floor heating, charges included. Private terrace with garden furniture at the back of the house. Private parking for one car in front of the house. A cleaning service will be obligatorily invoiced for professional stays in the amount of 50 euros (to be paid when booking on the site or on site at the entrance to the premises)
