Cozy top of the mountain retreat at 7Springs Resort

3 Bedrooms / 3.5 Baths / Sleeps 8 / 100 feet from the top of Southwind Lift!

THE LOCATION: Welcome to the top of the mountain and the top of Southwind! The townhome is located in the gated Southwind community. For skiers and snowboarders, access trails lead from the townhome directly into 7Springs. When you return, the front door is only steps from the top of Southwind lift. Both the North Face and Polar Bear Express lifts are also a quick walk down Lakeside Trail. Please refer to the 7Springs website for current trail and lift status. This 4 season destination also has access to more than just the slopes. During the warmer months, sporting clays, hiking, mountain biking, and other activities are all easily accessed from the community. During the summer, walk across the street and rent a paddle boat for a cruise on Lake Tahoe. You can also enjoy the mountain views from the community pool and hot tub located at the rec center. It’s a short walk just past the lift on Lakeside Trail.

THE RESORT: The 7Springs main lodge at the bottom of the mountain is a quick drive, ski, or a shuttle trip away. Tubing, swimming, bowling, and dining are all available. Special seasonal events are also held year-round. The resort also provides free shuttle service. Information about the shuttle and activities is available at 800-452-2223.

THE PROPERTY: This cozy retreat features 3 bedrooms with 4 beds that sleep up to 8 guests. 2 master bedrooms include private full bathrooms. Linens and towels are provided for all guests and a washer/dryer are available for use. Bring some competition down to the game room on the first floor, or relax in the hot tub on the back deck. Store skis and gear in the garage and then put your feet up by the fire in the family room. Off street parking is available and for extra cars there are marked parking spots located along the roads around the community.

Our family had a great weekend stay! The home was spacious with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to spread out comfortably. It was a bit farther from the resort than we expected, but overall it was a wonderful place to relax and spend time together. We’d definitely stay here again!

My family and I had a great time staying here! Everything was clean & comfortable, with fully stocked kitchen utensils & bathroom toiletries. We didn't receive an email from VRBO with the checkin info, but the owners responded to my message right away with all the details. They were super nice & easy to get in touch with. Our group was in town for the Wine Festival weekend at the resort. The condo layout was comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable! We did not use the hot tub although it was a nice touch to the condo. A small suggestion/request: listing the shuttle service phone number in the condo or on the check in/check out paperwork. I had to call the resort lodge to be connected to the transportation/shuttle service which wasn’t a problem - a direct number would safe some time on hold is all. We would love to rent from Matt in the future. Thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful Weekend Trip

The host was outstanding and so friendly. We appreciated his responsiveness and helpfulness with all of our pre-trip planning questions. The condo is exactly how it looks in the pictures - lovely and wonderfully clean. It had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the condo was perfect for our stay. We were grateful for the opportunity to stay there during our weekend trip.

Amazing host, wonderful property and great location. Matt was extremely responsive and helpful with all our questions, the house was very clean and the hot tub was immaculate which is not always the case with rentals. The Southwind lift was closed making logistics a little more cumbersome, but if it was running - it is less than 100 feet to the slope and lift. Will definately come again!

Christmas in the mountains

My husband and I have been traveling to 7 Springs for many years and we are lifelong skiers. This year our daughter and family traveled from Savannah, Georgia to experience a winter wonderland and the mountains did not disappoint. For the grandchildren it was their first experience with snow. From skiing, snow tubing and building their first snowman
they loved it all.
