Ultra-hip, Family-Friendly, Modern Space- SKI IN SKI OUT!

Freshly painted and recently re-designed 1 bed/1 bath condo (sleeps 6!) at Seven Springs Mountain Resort boasts rustic industrial touches with practical comforts that both couples and families will appreciate.

Newer furniture throughout. Our custom counter-height dining table seats 8 people comfortably and doubles as a prep space/kitchen island! It's the perfect space to enjoy a cocktail after a day of fun at Springs. There's even room for a laptop or two if you plan on sending out a few emails (yep, we have wifi!)... and plenty of room for board games (which we have those here too!)

In the bedroom, our custom-made queen bed houses a full-sized trundle bed underneath. There is also a queen memory foam sleeper in the living room sectional.
We LOVE all things clean so we make sure that ALL of our bed linens are changed in-between guests, including the comforters! We also wash all throw blankets in-between guest stays! Clean is our middle name.

Staying here with little ones? Well, we have two little ones too so we get it....Hopefully, these included items can help make your stay here a bit easier: a step stool for washing hands/brushing teeth and night lights to ward off the Abominable Snowman/local Yeti (They are both a bit camera shy...). We know we haven't thought of everything but our hope is to help you parents out a little.

Leaving the kiddos at home? Or no kids at all? Don't worry... this condo doesn't scream "Mother Goose was here". We think a few of these included amenities will help make your stay here wonderful too: luggage racks (2), iron, make-up remover wipes, bottle openers (BYOB), wine openers (BYOW), blender, on-site laundry (BYOD), single-serve coffee maker (BYOC), cable-tv, wifi, Bluetooth speaker and a lightning to HDMI cord (BYOI-- bring your own iPhone). No need to watch movies on your phone! Just plug in and watch them on the flat screen TV.

This condo is also a stone's throw away from the shuttle stop so you can go and enjoy time at the Lodge without the worry of driving and parking. Located where two green trails intersect, it is the perfect location for guest to enjoy a day of hiking or mountain biking! Just walk out the front door and go...

Also located just outside the front door is locking ski closet for all of your outdoor equipment. We recently installed soft, padded floor tiles to give the space a bit of an upgrade.

During the summer months, this condo is a short 45-second walk to the swimming pool and hot tub (opens Memorial Day Weekend-- please bring your own beach towels!), playground, tennis and basketball courts. This location is perfect for families with smaller children- no need to walk 1/2 a mile, through multiple parking lots to enjoy the pool or the courts! In less than a minute, you'll be enjoying all the outdoor amenities this condo has to offer. POOL AND HOT TUB CLOSE SEPT 15. Will reopen Memorial Day weekend.
**The pool and hot tub require keycard access. A keycard will be provided. Lost or unreturned keycards will result in a $150 replacement fee.

Sporting Clays are just a short 2-minute drive up the road, with the Golf Course less than a 5-minute drive. Shuttle service may be available to both depending upon day and time.

Nice Mountain Stay

We chose this spot to stay for a couple days during our daughter’s dance competition at Seven Springs Resort. We wanted to stay close to the resort, while maintaining a quiet, home-like environment for our family. This property was perfect!!

Clean & Modern; Quiet Space

This space was very sufficient for our purpose. Air conditioning was necessary during the heat wave and worked flawlessly. Bedding and towels were clean w/o chlorine scent! TV was fine also- Close proximity to eateries. Unfortunately, Helen’s Restaurant was closed the day we wanted to celebrate our stay. All in all- a great stay.

Will Absolutley stay away from this owner!!! Beware!!!

We had absolutely a great time , Until ....It all started to be suspicious when the owner, after taking the payment Emails you a contract to sign that states that for anything that will be damaged in the property you will be charged a deposit of $500. We were Extra careful, as we could be with 4 kids, and kept everything clean and tidy. That is taking into account ski boots that are dirty. We kept all the dirt to the entrance area but there were some mud marks on the entrance floor. We also used the towels and the sheets provided. When we left we wanted to mop the floor, but there were no cleaning supplies in the Condo. We were notified a day after we left that we were to be charged extra for cleaning the mud marks and the "stains" on the dirty towels. as well as one stain on the sheets and a "1 " chocolate stain. She claimed that she needed to bring a professional cleaning company for deep cleaning of the carpet in the house as well as "other " cleaning services! I have to mention that the rental price included a hefty, separate cleaning fee. I expected a vacation rental to clean after its guests, especially after being charged a separate cleaning fee! We rented many places in the past with no complaints. The owner was rude and outrageous with her expectations and charged us another $300 for dirty towels for a total of over $500 to clean a 400SF condo! Wow - VRBO withdrew the fund without hearing our side. Beware!! I wish I could upload the pictures of the "Damaged" Condo!
