The villa consists of 4 separate apartments (2 X 2bedroom maisonettes and 2 X 1 bedroom apartments) accommodating with comfort a total of 16 guests.
Each apartment has a separate entrance and is designed to secure the privacy of those who want it but at the same time can have fun and enjoy the sun and the pool with their friends or family.

Maisonette’s Layout

Each maisonette of the complex can accommodate up to 6 people in an area of 90 m2 which consists of 2 levels.

– Dining room/ living room (the sofa transforms to a comfortable bed able to accommodate 2 guests)

– 2 large terraces that look to the open horizon and beautiful groves with adjoining.

Each Apartment of the complex can accommodate up to 4 people in an area of 60 m2 which consists of 1 levels.

Notes

- The rates below are indicated for 8 guests, each extra guest is charged 45 euros/person/night.
- Heating of the pool upon request for an additional charge of 60 euros/day and minimum order 4 days.
