Villa Popi is a modern and independent villa with a private swimming pool on the Island of Crete.
The villa has been furnished with taste and style and disposes of any modern comfort to guarantee practicality and ease to guests who stay there. Each villa can sleep up to 4/5 people thanks to its 2 bedrooms and other common areas. Next to Villa Popi is located the the identical Villa Maripol ( with private pool): the 2 villas are rentable individually or together: to have the property at your complete disposal, in fact, you just have to open the gate bordering the two private gardens of the two units, each including a private swimming pool and an area equipped for outdoor dining.
The position of Villa Popi is perfect to discover the Island of Crete and to reach its beautiful beaches.
At Villa Popi guests' disposal: a private fenced garden, a private swimming pool (4,4 x 3,9 m; depth: 1,4 m), an outdoor area with table and chairs to dine outside , air conditioning in the bedrooms and living area, free wi-fi internet connection, parking on the property or outside in a public space, seaside at less than 1 km.

This was a great stay, we enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. We had some trouble with power and were unable to get the garage door open but the property managers were very responsive and helped as quickly as possible. Felt clean but could be a bit cleaner. Overall would recommend for a short stay!

Fantastic Villa Popi

Villa Popi was great, felt brand new and Kosta the owner caretaker was great. We have been to Crete man many times and this was the first time I found such a perfect spot, quiet neighborhood and the Villa was stocked with a great welcome basket. It was very very clean! perfect location in proximity to Chania the highway and many great beaches. We will be back!

The house is as good as new and has a great view over the ocean. Regarding the household appliances it did not lack anything. Our hosts were very nice and welcoming. If there were any problems, you could always contact them by phone. At arrival we found the house in a clean condition. We are very happy with our stay at Villa Popi.

We had a very enjoyable six nights at Villa Popi. It has two good sized bedrooms, two bathrooms and a small but well-stocked kitchen area, as well as a lounge. We loved the pool. It's not heated but it warms up in the sun. We didn't bring a car, and it's a 10 minute walk to the local beach, and 7-8 minute walk to the local restaurants and mini-marts. Note: the walk is all downhill on the way, and all uphill on the way back, but it wasn't too bad. There is a bus into Chania from the beachfront every 20 minutes. Kostas, the owner, was incredibly friendly and helpful and responded well to the occasional issues we encountered. He made us feel very welcome, and the villa was thoroughly cleaned midway through our stay, which was a nice touch.

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© 6 jours en famille (4 pers) fin octobre 2023. La villa est moderne, spacieuse et trĂšs bien amĂ©nagĂ©e ; la dĂ©co est sympa. Stationnement Ă  l'intĂ©rieur de la cour. Piscine non chauffĂ©e (eau fraĂźche fin octobre). Quartier calme. Vue dĂ©gagĂ©e. Situation gĂ©ographique trĂšs pratique pour se rendre Ă  Chania/La CanĂ©e et sillonner toute la cĂŽtĂ© ouest. Un petit supermarchĂ© de proximitĂ© est accessible Ă  pieds. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© l'accueil de Konstantinos Ă  notre arrivĂ©e avec quelques produits Ă  disposition (jus de fruits et bouteilles d'eau au frigo, confitures, biscottes, mini croissants ...) et cette personne est passĂ©e au bout de quelques jours pour changer le linge et faire un peu de mĂ©nage. Un chat trĂšs cĂąlin habituĂ© des lieux nous a rendu visite pendant notre sĂ©jour. Une seule remarque: au niveau de l'Ă©quipement de la cuisine en poĂȘles, casseroles, saladier c'est un peu juste. Et il y a un grand nombre d'interrupteurs au RdC : pas facile de s'y retrouver ! On reviendra.

Centrally located and a short drive from the old town and the beach. You WILL need a car in Crete. Luckily there is a single parking spot at the villa for your convenience. Beautiful villa, it's modern and airy and overlooks a winery! The host made sure the villa was spotless and stocked with water and local snacks (which we appreciated when we missed the opportunity to eat dinner). Villa had everything, a washer, dryer, all appliances, a/c, and wifi. 10/10 experience.

Wir haben uns in der modern eingerichteten Villa Popi sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt! Die Gastgeber Kostas und Popi sind sehr herzlich - einmal gab es sogar selbstgemachte Moussaka fĂŒr uns und die Kommunikation hat sehr gut funktioniert. Viele Restaurants sind in 10-20 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung fĂŒr AusflĂŒge durch die nahe E65.
