We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We came to Charleston to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. We were pleasantly surprised by the look of the hotel. The room was clean and the bathroom was spotless. Customer service was very nice. The breakfast was delicious. This will be our spot when we come back to visit.
Hotel was nice and breakfast was very good. Breakfast staff was friendly and worked very hard. The only negative is that our room had a âmildewâ smell to it. We got used to it it once in the room, but upon first entry it was a bit overwhelming.
I was surprised by the hotel. I have stood in different BW hotels in different cities, but this one was way better than all the others. The stuff was amazing! Very clean rooms and all the facilities!
It was a very clean and comfortable hotel. They just made me feel very uncomfortable about my service dog. Asked me what her service was, said theyâd have to inspect the room every day, she would have to be removed if found alone in the room, etc. wouldnât have reserved there if I knew they didnât want us there.
Very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, room was large, check in was easy. Very accomodating and friendly staff. Complimentary water was also a plus. Would definately stay there again.
The room was clean, but it felt damp and smelled musty. I know that the area had just had some flooding, but Iâm wondering if the rooms always smell like that. Staff was great and very friendly.
It was terrible. When we arrived the humidity level was really high. We went to our room, it was dirty, dark, humid and we had a 2 days reservation. But when we open the door we knew we could not stay here. At the lobby they explained that they lost power a couple of days ago. We explained that because of the level of humidity and with our kid who has asthma, it was a security and health issue. We ask for a refund but they refuse. We left. Never again for us.
Only issue I had was trying to fill the tub took to long.. in a hour and a half I only got about 3 inches in the bottom and the water would not get hot. The tub was the only reason we got the room.
Was a mix up on dates, cost me double for one night,, no refund,, horrible customer service,, will never stay , customer service was terrible,, double booked and charged,, horrible experience
