Overall good with a few quirks
Nice house as described in the listing, but the living room/kitchen were tight for our full group to hang out together. Interestingly, the porch and some rooms are tilted. Turns out that half of the houses in Charleston are like that. The guys in our group were bothered by building maintenance things, such as a loose toilet seat and the porch fans not working, but it was clean and my bed was very comfortable. No safety or security issues either. Good walking distance to King St and the bagel shop two blocks down was delicious!

Met our expectations and more
This property fulfilled our family requirements in all areas. It was a short 5 to 6 minute walk to King street with full access to all bars and restaurants. The place directly next to the house is in the process of being converted to a sandwich shop. A small coffee shop Is also in process of taking over a house two short blocks away. A nice soup shop is 1 1/2 blocks away.
The family room area is small for 7 people and there is really no formal dining area except a small table that can be expanded to seat 4 people. House for 7 people was smaller than we would have liked.
The bedrooms all have their own baths but they are a bit tight as well. The sounds from the street and the outside seem to permeate the house as the insulation does not block these sounds, but we had no other issues with the neighborhood.
House has great access to areas of downtown and the main exit routes to Mt Pleasant. We walked to most places but also took Uber and Lyft for most places near lower end of Charleston.
Owners management team were very easy to work with and very accommodating. House was clean and ready for us upon arrival and checkout was very easy. We had a great stay in Charleston.

Property is as described in size and location. But, this neighborhood is questionable. Each night there was someone either on the porch or knocking on the windows. Also, one of our vehicles was broken into. I think the StayDuvet team did a good job in managing the rental but not sure I would stay at this location again.
