The space is located up one flight of steps on the second floor. The building is situated in Sanctuary Court off of Spring Street in Downtown Charleston. There are 7 additional unit in the complex that are also available to book.

You will have access to your own private condo and personal electronic entry!

This property is located on the second floor, up one flight of steps, directly above Charleston's newest Spanish Tapas Restaurant, Estadio. This is a great amenity for our property but it is important to note Estadio is open from 5pm-10pm Tuesday-Saturday and some noise from the restaurant may be heard during that time.

Took my teenage son to Charleston for a couple of days. Great condo. Decorated well, good size, well appointed kitchen, very clean, comfortable beds. Staff was very responsive with any questions

great location and space, but thin walls

Property was in a great location and a clean, well appointed space. The walls seemed to be thin as we could hear everything happening outside at all times and upstairs. The restaurant below forgot to turn off the repeated playlist one night and we heard it all night long...a driving bass beat. The house next door had pool renovations going on, and they started nice and early every morning. There was also a guest upstairs that clearly got sick every morning and it sounded like it was in the same room. (not ideal)As far as the house, it was cute and clean. A dish towel in the kitchen for doing dishes would have been helpful. A pantry for food storage would be nice too.We struggled with finding the dumpster, as did another renter. We had a very small bag so just put it in a community trash can across the street. We had a great time in Charleston- eating, drinking, and sweating our way through the awesome area. I would recommend this area/property to others...just beware of the potential noise.

Noisy

Condo was beautiful, but the music from the restaurant underneath the condo was loud and kept us awake, along with the loud cars that raced up and down the street at night. The neighborhoodwas too far from everything.

Beautiful apartment & great location! Highly recommend!

Loved it! Lovely second floor sunlit apartment with charming modern decor. We had plenty of space to eat and hang out in the kitchen/main room, plus two comfortable bedrooms with fantastic bathrooms. We had a unit facing the street, but no noise concerns. Easy walk to an adorable coffee shop. Wanted to have dinner at the downstairs tapas restaurant, but ran out of time. Appreciate the responsiveness of the owner when someone parked in the space I reserved. For anyone who happens to be in Charleston visiting someone in the MUSC hospital, this is a very convenient location. My only small ask would be to give an extra dishwasher detergent tab or two based on length of stay. Would love to return here sometime and will recommend to my friends and family!

Very Nice Condo!

The condo was very nice and super clean. The space was very well appointed and had great lighting and function. “Good vibe”. Check in & out was super easy. A few negatives: the location is very close to the college which can be challenging when trying to get around town. Although the condo is in a safe neighborhood, I would not recommend going out at night on foot. A block or two over can be a little dicey. Next, the condo is over a restaurant and which can be a bit noisy in the early evening hours, however they quite way down around 9:00/10:00 pm. Other than that, great stay, we highly recommend!

Beautiful, bright condo!

Loved our stay here. Perfect for two couples. Impeccably clean and bright - all windows! We had never stayed in this part of Charleston and we loved it! Loved the neighborhood and really not too far from down town.

Beautiful Charleston

This property was very clean and updated. Everything we need was supplied. It was a little bit of a walk to get to King Street and to the historic area but the Uber rides were very reasonable from this property. In fact we rented a car and really wouldn’t have needed it if we just stayed in the downtown area. Would definitely recommend this property.

Very nice property, conveniently located. However, because the kitchen is well stocked with both necessary and nice-to-have items, there is almost no room for food. If you plan on staying for any length of time, and making your own meals, bear this in mind. Also, previous reviews mentioned that the noise from the restaurant below didn’t last past 10:00pm, for us it did. That may not be an issue for a younger group but for those of us “seniors” is was more bothersome. However, for food and drink, the restaurant was fun and full of energy.
