Nice suite!

The room and bathroom were both spacious and we did not feel cramped. Having the kitchen and amenities like a microwave and large fridge was really nice. The only critiques would be a larger counter in the bathroom and a mirror over the desk so it could be used as a second place to do hair and makeup.

Loved our room! We did the two bedroom two bathroom suite and it was perfect for our family. The staff was very kind and always helpful. I was happy to find coffee and tea in the lobby. The only drawback was parking. At night when we were to return to the hotel, there were no spots and we had to park across the street in the overflow parking lot. Not a busy street to cross which was good. No big deal really but it’s what takes my rating from an excellent to a good. I thought the location was perfect to downtown Charlotte. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We’ve stayed at this Candlewood Suites previously, and this 2-night stay was just as wonderful as before. The staff are so friendly, our suite #308, was quiet, comfortable & most importantly - spotlessly clean!! All of the comforts of home & just over the bridge from Charleston. It doesn’t get better than this hotel. We’ll be back again, without a doubt.

From check in to check out the staff was friendly and very helpful. Aidan, the front desk clerk was very tentative. He apologized for my wait. Due to when I arrived there was no one at the front desk. He was also updating me on information about the property such as parking and entering the building after dark. He was very concerned about my safety and I love that. Thank you Aiden and Candlewood suites for a relaxing getaway.
