There never seemed to be anyone at the desk. We were on the third floor and the sewage smell in one of our rooms was horrible and the toilet stopped working. That room was changed further down the hallway. My room was next to this room and the smell started coming out of my bathroom. We were leaving in the morning so didn’t want to deal with moving rooms. Breakfast was very good and hot and was constantly stocked.

Staff was very friendly, room was nice, breakfast was OK but as expected considering the low cost of the room. Fitness room was clean and easy to get to. This was a quick stop on a long road trip, and we were pleased with our stay!

The receptionist was very kind and friendly at check in and when I checked out. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom floor was not clean and the tub area had not been cleaned. The was still soap residue in the soap tray from the previous customer. The room itself was very bland. Nothing special at all. The breakfast was not refreshed before the last 1/2 hour of service. The food was dried out so we didn’t eat. It was the friendliness of the staff that made me not rate the hotel lower.

We really loved our stay here. It was in the perfect location for us and what we wanted to do, enough parking spaces so we were always able to park at night. The room was very spacious and the bed was so comfy! The pillows were a bit on the small side but im not sure if thats an American thing or not. The only slight issue was when we were using the shower as the tap was kind of hanging out the wall so we had to be very gentle using the pull switch to alternate the water flow to the shower head. The breakfast was good ,(cinnamon toast crunch and waffles were out breakfasts of choice) and the laundry room came in handy as we purchased some nice clothes from a few goodwill stores we visited. Overall its a great wee hotel and we would definitely stay here again. We also felt very safe here despite not knowing the area at all.

The toilet handle broke right after check in. The desk clerk offered to contact the manager regarding a discount. The elevator broke with us in it. The desk clerk acted like this was a common occurrence. When I checked out the morning desk clerk knew nothing about the discounted rate but promised to call the manager and call me back before putting the charge through. This didn't happen. I was charged the full amount. When I called back the next day to inquire about the charge, the desk clerk said she would talk to the manager and call me right back. That didn't happen. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOLLOW THROUGH! I will not choose this hotel again.
