Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

This rental was adequate but not great. Parking was terrible. The space is so tight between the building, the tree/fence and the car next to it that it took at least 10 minutes, several people and multiple attempts to get in or out without damaging our small rental car. This is something that should be told to the renter ahead of time. It was close to king street. However there was also a loud club on the same block with flashing lights that operated all hours of the night. Lots of loud construction. There should be more lighting & mirrors in each room. Could use more exterior lighting for security purposes as well. We could have used a few more washcloths/towels for our stay.

Perfect for our needs - just a quick overnight but 6 people. Lots of room and well updated. Just a note: there is a night club that plays very loud music until around 11pm. And a couple of suggestions: Kleenex would be nice, and half and half containers for the coffee. The checkout is early, 10am, which worked out for us this time. But if we hadn’t had plans, that would have felt rushed. Thank you!

Everything was great. We were walking distance to our daughter at CofC which was a plus!! The house was clean and very comfortable. The only negative was a lack of cooking/baking items, such as casserole dish and a large pot. Be aware that parking is tight, especially if traveling in a large SUV.

This property was amazing! Great space to accomodate our group. Very nice features. They gave us plenty on linens which is rare! It is so conveniently located to all the action, food and shopping on King street. We will be back!

The condo is very nice. 3 good sized rooms with a full bathroom or shower for each. It’s located a 1/2 block from King Street, so it’s convenient to shopping and tourist attractions. Things to know: the parking in back is very tight for a midsize SUV, the upstairs bathroom is very nice but has no electric outlet.

PERFECT LOCATION JUST OFF OF KING STREET

The home is the perfect location for walkability and access to everything King Street and the surrounding area have to offer. Fully equipped, clean and comfortable. The living room furniture was modern and clean, but lacked the "sit back and relax kind of furnishings that would be welcome after a long day of walking around". A couple recliners would have been perfect. Hosts were amazing to work with and responded immediately to our questions and needs. I would highly recommend this home and stay here again.

We had a great stay at this property. It’s a short walk to King St so close to restaurants, bars and shopping. Like other reviewers mentioned, you can hear music from a rooftop bar nearby sometimes but it didn’t bother our toddler - she slept right through it. We recommend this property and would stay here again when we’re back in the area
