I cannot believe I was charged to park in an airport parking lot overnight. There was nothing on the Expedia website that gave any indication that I would be charged to park.

Our stay started a little rocky. When we checked in, we were told they had overbooked and had no King rooms left which is what we reserved. We were very disappointed but the front desk attendant, Jada, was amazing! She put us in a double for the weekend at a discount and then had us moved to a King as soon as available. We were ready to leave for another hotel, but her kindness, efficiency, and professionalism kept us at the Doubletree!

EVERYTHING WAS FINE EXCEPT FOR THE PARKING. THIS IS ONE OF THE FEW PLACES I'VE STAYED AT WHERE THE GUEST HAS TO PAY FOR PARKING ON THE PREMISES. I CAN UNDERSTAND IF THERE IS VALET OR UNDERGROUND PARKING, BUT TO PARK ON YOUR OWN IS RIDICULOUS AT $12 PR NIGHT.
