A little old, but serviceable, courteous staff

I was on the interstate side, and it was a little loud until around 11 pm. Breakfast was pretty basic. Courteous and efficient staff.

Friendly and helpful staff but poor breakfast pres

The bed is not entirely cleaned. There is no boliler in the room. The staff are however helpful and friendly. The breakfast station is not properly manned and cleaned.

For the price, it was a very good option for us as we needed 7 hours of sleep and we on the road again. The staff was kind and helpful. It is an older property and is OK in my opinion.

Some of the linens have stains, the chair in the room wasnt cleaned, the parking lot had a lot of ice, toilet didnt flush right, some corners of the floor still had dirt. Standard for a 2-star hotel.

Thomas as friendly and took care of our checking quickly. The young lady in the breakfast room was caring and even wished ‘safe travels’. This is refreshing and beyond her duties. I appreciated that very much. Wish that I would know her name. Our room was clean and had expected amenities. There was just a snow storm so the parking had ice boulders and was covered making it difficult to know where curbs were, but we still made it pretty easily.
