Location-the address took us in a parking lot, tried to call the property but the phone number was a robot only for reservation with instructions to call the number from the-confirmation that was missing. Room lack plugs, doors at the shower sliding like crazy.

Suzi and Nicoll ( front desk staff) were amazing and helped accommodate us with an early check-in just in time for a relative's wedding. A special thanks to the housekeeping staff who also made it possible. The hotel room was spotless and very comfortable. Shawn, the bartender and wait staff who handled the wedding reception were all wonderful. I would definitely recommend Hotel Indigo for any special occasion or hotel stay!

The temperature in the room varied. At times it felt like the air conditioning was on. I had called the reservation number, however Expedia had a better rate. I was not told about the MUSC patient discount until I checked in. I’m very upset about putting a $100 hold on my debit card. I just returned from a vacation in the Finger Lakes region of NY. Not one single hotel we stayed in put a hold on our card. We have to travel to Charleston often. We won’t be staying at Indigo in the future.
