5) If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge.
6) Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden.
7) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period.
10) Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions. Should there be an issue, guests will allow a reasonable amount of time during business hours for Management to address or provide a solution for any reported issues, or unsatisfactory conditions.
11)Pet fee required for all pet friendly rentals

* It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum of $25 shipping and handling fee plus the cost of shipping. We will hold items for 1 week if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.

Oceanfront location is great. Parking is easy and unit and neighborhood is very accommodating to pets. Overall, the place is nice and has a great porch for beach and ocean views. There were a few areas for improvement:Access to the unit was an issue. Could not always get in using the assigned code. This persisted even after “fixed” by management.Second bathroom needed towel racks.Some dishes and utensils were not clean. (Looks like items were put away before wash cycle completed).The basket in third bedroom closet had used Kleenex and a clump of hair in it, so we did not use this for our sheets and towels. These issues were minor. Overall, this is a nice place to stay

There were some housekeeping cleanliness issues. For example, upon our arrival in the bedroom with the bunkbeds there was dog hair in the lower bed sheets and in the upper bed there was an old false eyelash and dried contact lens in the bedsheets which may mean the sheets may not have been changed between guests. I hope that was not the case. We removed the sheets and washed them and put them back on the beds. The hall half bath also had some cleanliness concerns, It appeared that there was some considerable grime around the pedestal base and on the wall. Our maintenance request for the kitchen facet handle being loose and falling off was responded to in a very timely manner. The hose at the outside shower is split and needs to be replaced. Overall, the location was excellent, and the kitchen was well equipped, and we enjoyed our time at the condo.

Well kept property overlooking the ocean and close to lots of entertainment nearby. Yet very quiet in the condo itself. Ile of Palms is a gorgeous area. Loved every minute! A truly unique experience. We will be back!

Perfect location

First time renting in IOP. We picked the right condo and location. Easy to get in and out of but plenty to do right out your door. Beach was 100 feet away. Incredible sunrise views. Condo is complete with everything you’ll need. We will be back!

Isle of Palms Vacation

This lovely property was just as advertised. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for the few times we dined in. Great restaurants (looking at you, Acme) are within walking distance. I think we were most impressed with the availability of management to answer any question we had. Their responses were swift and so helpful. Overall, this was a wonderful property in which to stay and enjoy a beach vacation!

Excellent Condo!

My family and I had a great trip at this condo. It is conveniently located near plenty of restaurants, a grocery store and is about 20 minutes from Charleston. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It has direct access to the beach which was very convenient. I was really happy that they are pet friendly as most of the condos that we have stayed at in the area were not so this was a big plus! I would definately reccomend staying here!

Loved the stay and the listing was as expected. The furniture needs to be replaced. It is old, uncomfortable and makes noise. Better seating in main, shampoo/conditioner and beach towels would be a very nice basic inclusion.

Perfect Vacation

This condo was perfect in every way. We loved how the location allowed us to walk to restaurants and the grocery store. The condo is beautiful and spacious. The best part is the large covered porch where we ate all of our meals. We loved being able to have our gog with us. The beach had set hours where the dogs could play off leash and ours made lots of friends. We have already reserved for next year!

Week stay

This condo is in the heart of Ocean Blvd main area. Oceanfront view was an outstanding feature. However, we were unable to have Wi-Fi access even though advertised. Something they need to look into.
