Upon arrival, we were forced to move five full trashcans and three large crates just to enter the assigned parking spot. Within our two night stay, saw several large roaches, killed two, and couldn't get out of there fast enough.

The management company was very easy to communicate and ready to help in any way. Their listing is correct in saying you are in the heart of the city but what you need to know is if location is all you care about and sleeping anything over two hours a night isn't, then stay here. The location is perfect to walk to any restaurant, bar, or sight seeing you want to do. You may as well put your mattress on the sidewalk because that is how it feels all night long. Now, if you are only a couple staying here then you may have a better night's sleep by sleeping in the back room. You still hear the sweepers coming through EVERYDAY! You still hear the annoying cars with hyped up mufflers. You hear the garbage cans being collected EVERYDAY! The unit hasn't been recently upgraded. It isn't bad but it for sure hasn't been updated. Our friends lived in this unit several years ago and said it still looks the same. We wish this location was better for sleeping because it is perfect for walkability and we would stay again if we knew we could sleep.

First time to Charleston. GREAT CITY!! We all loved the apartment, which is in a great location in the heart of it all! But being in the heart of it all also means a lot of street noise-mainly people talking loudly/yelling during/after bar hours-which makes it hard to sleep. We had a fantastic time even with the noise! Walking distance to shops, a gazillion restaurants, the market, and the ocean.

Very cute place with lots of character. Location was in the middle of everything and some great dining. We had everything we needed. Only thing I would say is you are immersed in the business of King street and don’t expect quietness through the night if your a light sleeper bring ear plugs

Excellent location on King Street. Nice to have one reserved parking place behind the building. It’s a second floor apartment with two bedrooms and two baths. The living room has to hide the beds if you want for two other couples.Everything was good except for the check-in. Our code did not work and we were stuck in the heat trying to get in. It took about 30 minutes on the phone.The beds and AC were incredible. Firm good mattress and cold AC. The room NOT overlooking the road is the quietest and coolest.

Great location and wonderful property! Centrally located on King Street, it was fun looking out the windows and seeing people walking around. It was easy to walk everywhere from this location. The unit was very clean and well appointed. The linens were clean, good air conditioning in the summer heat, and it had everything we needed for our stay. The parking spot was very convenient right outside the door. Great property, definitely recommend!

The location and amenities are amazing. There is some water intrusion damage on the ceiling that is mildewing the drywall repair needs bleached recoated kilzed and painted to keep it from turning into black mold. If it doesnt get painted the whole repair will need redone

Location was amazing

The location is walkable to everything we wanted to do. The beds are beyond comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to eat breakfast every morning which was nice. Great for 2 couples to hang out and catch up. Highly recommend this condo. The brickwork was beautiful and it was decorated so cute.

Radcliffeborough Is ideally located on King Street. The apartment was clean, nicely furnished, roomy and comfortable. The concierge team responsive and a pleasure to work with. I absolutely recommend this spot.

Fantastic location- be aware of the noise

Fantastic location for a long weekend to Charleston. Quick access to endless restaurants and scenic areas around the city. Hosts were always a short text away. However!! If you are a medium to light sleeper this rental is not for you. In both bedrooms you can hear every conversation from King's street, every car going down the street, literally anything and everything all hours of the night and morning. Also, for the cost of the rental we were expecting a higher quality of mattresses. All that said- the rental was great and a perfect hangout, yet nobody got a decent night's sleep the 4 nights we were there. Definitely planning on returning to Charleston, but a different location hopefully by Luxury Simplified Retreats.

Very Well Managed

The management company of this particular location was one of the best we have ever worked with. They are very quick to respond and extremely helpful. We used the grocery delivery service which was a lifesaver and so convenient. We stayed for a wedding and the location was ideal. The apartment was very clean and well appointed with fresh white linens.
