The Space: Our spacious 2nd floor condo, ‘The Sweetgrass Suite B’, is ideal for groups of 4 guests with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths. Located just off of Spring Street, location and parking won't be an issue here!

Accessed by it own entrance/exit, and up (interior) stairs, Sweetgrass Suite B features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. Dining table with 4 seats and living room with plush comfy couch and flat screen TV. Bedrooms are located on the first level (second floor in building), with two full bathrooms. Each of these bedrooms with its own Queen sized bed and luxury linens. Our team provides preloaded streaming apps, so feel free to use your own during your stay. Fully equipped kitchen with basic cooking/kitchenware is also located on this first level. Through the back kitchen door is a large balcony and separate but exclusive laundry room.

This unit does not have off-street parking. The driveway is for Unit A only.

However there is parking just a few blocks away, we recommend using either the 558 King Street Garage OR the Visitor Center Garage located at 73 Mary Street.

It generally costs $18 dollars/day and is very centrally located to most all things downtown.

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

The unit was spotless and well equipped! The beds and bedding were super comfortable! It is in a great part of town that allows for easy access to historic area (free CARTA bus stop 2 blocks away) many restaurants are also close by. Parking is on the street with a permit that is provided. We had no problems finding a spot right around the corner to park

Prime King Street & Spring Street location!

Stay here. Super clean place, comfy cali king bed (didn't try the other), great pillows, fluffly towels, fresh interior with vintage details, nice kitchen. Private front porch & back deck. Best part? King Street & Spring St. boutiques, food, pubs literally seconds out the door. I found on street parking in front using a day pass provided by host, but probably got lucky there. Free shuttle is 1 block away if you've no car. City noises overnight. Quick answers from host & StayDuvet. A

Wedding weekend

Property was perfect for 3 people traveling to Charleston for a wedding. Walking distance to all 3 venues. Great neighborhood with access to restaurants, coffee shops, Italian deli all within a couple of blocks. Recommend bring ear plugs since the street can be a bit noisy late at night, but.highly recommend.

Great location, nice place!

I stayed here with 2 family members for 2 nights. Very comfortable accommodation Close to restaurants and shopping and a short walk to Columbus Street bus line for a free ride downtown! Parking was great and convenient to the highway. Communication was also good. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean, well equipped, young area

Enjoyed the place. Clean and well equipped. Work has been done but still very dated home. Not flexible on check out but cannot always be. Liked the location but very young and fairly loud at night. Not luxury by any means but totally functional and efficient. Would use again in right situation.
