We were VERY pleased with the property and the entire rental process. The apartment was perfect for our quick outing. It was close to the Charleston activities, and the surrounding area was charming with several eating places within walking distance.

Property was great and photos and description matched the online info. The interior was perfect, very clean with updated appliances and comfortable furniture and beds and the location was great for walking to shops and restaurants. Our only complaint was that access to parking at the rear of the building is tight and can be difficult with a larger vehicle (full size SUV or Pickup) especially if the other units are occupied.

Location is perfect!!!! Clean and comfy with a great porch! Toasty in the summer but they provide several extra fans. A few things missing in the kitchen but host provided and was very responsive. Sleeps 6 not 8. That would be my only complaint if you think you have room for 2 more you don’t. We will definitely book again!

Fantastic location!

Stayed here for a girl’s trip and the location was ideal! You can walk to several restaurants and to King street! Highly recommend if you are looking for a quieter location that is still very ideal for the hotspot locations.

Girls’ Trip

We loved the house. Ample space for everyone in a safe neighborhood. The porch was awesome; there was a cute bakery across the street, yummy bagel shop down the block, and King was only 5-7 min walk. Each room had a fan and tv which was nice. We would absolutely stay here again. Management was easy to get ahold of if needed.

It was very charming and lovely decor. We loved that there were three rooms and three full baths. So nice to sit on the porch. It was very clean. Nice quiet neighborhood. A decent walk or Uber to some sites. Great bagel place in the neighborhood - Holey City Bagels. Highly recommend this rental.

Best location in great duplex

Right in the middle of beautiful Charleston. Could walk to many places or take a quick drive to get downtown. Lovely neighborhood. Enjoyed bagels at a quaint shop across the street and a soup and salad place calls Ladles a few houses away. Unit had everything we needed.

This property was perfect for our small group of girls who all wanted to stay downtown to celebrate a birthday. It's located very close to all the fun spots and in a safe area with a nice parking lot. Sisters-in-law getaway.

We had a great time overall celebrating a 60th birthday. The location was great as well as having actual parking spaces. The unit was clean and comfortable. There were 3 of us and it was great each having our own bedroom and bathroom. However, there was only 1 bedroom with a closet and it had only 6 hangers. The other bedrooms had a rod to hang up clothes but no hangers. The bathrooms were very small but well stocked with hair blowers, shampoo, conditioner and soap. The kitchen was very nice (although the cabinets could use a fresh coat of paint as there was a lot of chipping), but there were not enough dishes or silverware for a 3 bedroom unit. We had an issue with checkin as it wasn't clear that our unit was 60 1/2 B, not 60. I contacted the host twice during our stay and never got a reply to those questions. Having stayed at many nicer VRBO's, I may be a little more critical.
