Our beautifully decorated 2 bedroom unit features a bedroom with a king bed, a loft bedroom with a king size bed, a queen size sofa-bed in the living room, 2 full bathrooms. Host additional guests on the queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
The open concept living space, entails a full size kitchen, with a dishwasher, and a microwave. Don't forget to enjoy the balcony as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.
It's everything you need for a weekend getaway!
The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 60 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. The location was excellent and the unit was very clean. It had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. I appreciated the daily housekeeping services. There was someone available at the front desk daily to answer questions until 10 pm. We were able to watch the boat and ferry traffic go through the drawbridge everyday from the balcony, which I really enjoyed! It was an easy walk to the pier to watch the sunsets every evening and to restaurants and shops as well.

Perfect Stay

This condo is incredibly clean and located in the heart of Charlevoix. Just sit on the deck and watch the draw bridge go up and down as the boats pass by. It has great amenities, a tv in each room, plenty of towels, and easy parking. Such an easy walk to drinking, dining, shopping and the beach. Will definitely be coming back!

The condo was very clean, updated and comfortable. The location was great except for the road noise from the bridge which went on all night long. The view from the balcony was lovely and we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful view and the children loved the pool. The staff listened to our concerns when the sink wasn't working in the conference room and they got on it and it was fixed before our family gathering.
