Enjoy this 1bedroom, 1bathroom with waterfront views. Our bedroom features a king bed with a full bathroom, and a firelog burning fireplace in the living room. Host additional guests on the queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette with a mini fridge, stovetop with 2 burners and a microwave. Seating for 6 is available with a kitchen table and bar seating.
The living room has seating for up to 4 guests, use a complimentary firelog in the wood burning fireplace to set the ambience. And don't forget to enjoy the balcony as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.

We really enjoyed the balcony with a beautiful fall views, even on the rain/misting days we sat on the balcony & drank our coffeein the morning So nice to walk across bridge to the restaurants & shops The condo was clean and decorated nautical blue, very cute! A pool was on site, but it wasn't heated making it not a lot of use the majority of the year. Prices were surprisingly high outside of peak season, especially for a dated property. The A/C was all or nothing -- there wasn't really a sweet spot. The hot tub was "out of service"...probably indefinitely. The location was fantastic: very walkable!

3 nights in Charlevoix

If you’re going to be in Charlevoix, try to stay somewhere with a view of the water. This location is ideal for that. It is easy to walk to everything downtown. It is also easy to walk to Michigan Beach. If you have more than two people, The pullout couch is not comfortable but it gives you another space for a 3rd person. Our adult daughter slept there and was fine. Small fridge for just a few things. We had breakfast there each morning and enjoyed our coffee on the balcony. The housekeeping staff was wonderful! Parking felt secure.I would stay there again.

Overall stay was nice. The weather turned and was unfortunately cooler than we had hoped and cloudy 2 of our 3 days. The unit was clean and overall comfortable. The pool area in the building could use some TLC, but overall, it was a nice property.
