Please read everything!! Email me with any questions . This home is in the heart of Plaza Midwood. Large back deck, wet bar, and large front porch. The house is located minutes from Bank of America Stadium (Panthers), Time Warn Arena, and BB&T. Close to Blumenthal Arts Center, Visulite Theater, the Filimore, PNC Music Pavil and Amos'.bojangles arena.

Location! Walk to the best restaurants and pubs Charlotte has to offer. You do not need a car. Three day weekend bookings only!!! If only Friday and Saturday. We take great pride in making sure guest have an excellent stay. Bleach and cleaning supplies are left in every bathroom room in addition to top cleaning. Sheets and blankets are tossed and replenished regularly.

Guest Access - Entire House (11 total beds/2 air mattresses) recommended under 20 guest comfortably, past guest have slept over 30.

Very good for wedding parties.. Extra mirrors, hair dryers, iPad entertainment surround sound center. Speakers throughout house, large deck, games. Tons of room and parking.

I did get a bad review over the city hitting a power line. Unfortunately, that is out of my hands.

Home was clean and inviting. Everything that we needed to make it a comfortable stay were thought of and were present. Home has plenty of space and has been well cared for. The multiple spaces outside, both in the front and back, were a great bonus. Home was within walking distance of a nice area with restaurants and coffee shop. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a wonderful holiday family gathering in this cute bungalow. The host’s communication was excellent, both in advance and while we were there. The house accommodated our large family well and we were fortunate to have mild weather so we could enjoy the wonderful decks, backyard and fire pit. A very convenient location and easy walks to fun shops and grocery store.

What a gorgeous house. Well decorated, comfortable, spacious, and wonderful for larger groups. I just wish it were warmer to enjoy the amazing backyard and deck spaces. The host is very helpful and super responsive. Great neighborhood too - walking distance to fun spots, including a couple of local coffee places and a grocery store (important for our group).

THE BROS WEEKEND BUNKER

stay was very good! House was very clean and close to local bars and restaurants via walking or quick cab ride into downtown Charlotte. Space is great for large groups that want to spread out and have fun. Would stay again!

The house is beautiful and the owners’ attention is very evident through all of the updates and amenities. As advertised!

We were a group of eight adults and loved the house and its location. Short walk to bars and stores, or take a long walk around the beautiful neighborhood. All of us felt safe in the entire area. The owner is very responsive. We'd rent again in a heartbeat!
