Bien en général, mais peu de soucis des détails.

Pour : Le service était bien et courtois. La propreté du lobby était remarquable et celle des chambres aussi.
Contre : La chambre avait une odeur de bactéries qui provenait du système de climatisation. Éviter de prendre la chambre #207 !!! Le café était très mauvais. Préférable d'aller payer au Waffles house juste en face.

It's located by the freeway. Very noisy

Should have read the reviews first but lesson learned. Upon waiting for check in, overheard an older gentleman ask if there were elevators he could take to which there was none. I asked the lady at the front desk if there was a room available on the 1st floor because I have a bad back. Once my daughter and I opened the door, the room had a strong odor of cigarette smoke and the overall look didn't feel clean. So we quickly closed the door. Made our way back to the front and politely told the lady that we could not stay in that room because the cigarette smell was overwhelming especially having an asthmatic daughter. She was very nice and said it was no problem. Told me that she released the $100 security deposit and would not charge me for the room. We left and stayed at the Tru right up the road. Little bit more but so worth it

Not the cleanest facility in the world, and certainly dated-looking. But the staff was friendly and we were glad to find a safe place to stay for the night after American Airlines completely screwed us over with flight delays and cancellations. Better rated than other hotels closer to the airport. It was quiet enough on a Saturday night.

The manager was nice and cooperative. It was quiet and the beds appeared to be clean. Breakfast had a variety and was good. The 1st room was okay. However, when we went to use the refrigerator it was green with mold. We asked for another room and was moved. The 2nd room refrigerator worked. However all the grounds on plugs were broken and stuck in outlets. From the reviews , we chose this hotel because it was near a Cracker Barrell. I hope it was just a bad night, but worst meal we have traveling. We only need a place to sleep, but will not return.

We we’re there for 3 days and visited north and South Carolina the hotel was just one block away from I 85 so we’re able to move veré easy, People in the hotel were really friendly the room was very clean and comfortable, the only thing that I had to say is that the pillows were a little to high for me, otherwise everything was fine

The floor and bathroom was a little dirty, and the toilet did not flush consistently. But I had trouble with the television, and the front desk sent someone immediately to fix the problem
