Welcome to your happy place on Lake Norman!

Step into lake life and feel the stress fade away the moment you arrive. This beautifully remodeled cottage sits on a wide, peaceful waterfront lot perfect for room to roam, kids to play, and families to truly unplug and reconnect.

Designed for easy, comfortable stays, the home sleeps up to 6 guests with a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a twin room with two beds, plus two full bathrooms so everyone has space to relax.

Life here is meant to be lived outdoors. Start slow with morning coffee on the private deep-water pier, soak up the sunshine on the floating dock, or curl up with a book in the shaded seating area. Bring your own boat or jet ski (ramps are just minutes away!) or rent from Lake Effects or Lake Norman Boat Rentals and turn every day into a lake adventure.

Inside, the bright and open living space brings everyone together whether you’re cooking meals in the refreshed kitchen, sharing laughs at the table, or winding down after a sun-filled day on the water. A full-size washer and dryer make longer stays easy and stress-free.

Adventure is included and waiting:

Paddle through the quiet cove, splash around near the dock (approximately 15 ft deep), or simply float the day away. This is an awesome place to stay. Hosts were amazing and this is not a house you are renting it is a home. All the comforts you could ever want or need and the location is so beautiful. We couldn’t recommend this home enough! From booking to checkout, everything was wonderful. Communication with the host was quick and helpful.
